How to get to our vacation rental

ACCESS INFORMATION
Our vacation rental has got a very easy access compared to other houses in the region. It is on a unpaved road (as are all of the houses in this area) about 2 miles up the hill from the Costanera, the best road in Costa Rica. Considering the great view, the access road is remarkably easy to negotiate. The Costanera is boarding the ocean in Dominicalito, so that the access to the beach is really easy (see the map that I enclose to this email).

How to get to our vacation rental in Dominical :
There are 2 ways to go:
1- From San Jose follow the signs to San Isidro del General. From San Isidro follow the signs to the beach. At the crossroad with the costal highway “Costanera” turn left and go over the bridge (a police station is just before the bridge). You are in Dominical. Continue on the same road to get to Finca Colibri.
2- From San Jose follow the signs to Puntarenas. At Orotina take the direction to Jaco. Before Jaco Center (on the main road) take the direction to Quepos, then Dominical. This road follows the Ocean coast, it is a very scenic route, however it is not yet paved and can be quite dusty.
How to get to Finca Colibri :
Dominicalito is 5 km south of Dominical on the Costa Rican Pacific Coast.
Arriving in Dominicalito, you'll find a soccer field on the left hand side. Just before the soccer field take the small road that goes up the mountain.
